Who runs this site
Think AI First is an independent editorial publication reachable at hello@think-ai-first.com and through the contact form on this site.
What is collected, and only that
When you send the contact form. Your name, your email address, the subject you picked and your message. These are stored so the message can be answered and so a correction can be traced back. They are not used to send you anything you did not ask for.
When you subscribe to the newsletter. Your email address, the date and time you subscribed, the exact consent wording you agreed to, your IP address and your browser identification at that moment. The last three exist for one purpose: to be able to prove, if challenged, that the subscription was a real act by a real person. They are not used for profiling.
When you accept audience measurement. Only then, and only if measurement is switched on for this site, a Google Analytics cookie records pages viewed and rough location at country level. If you refuse, or leave the choice untouched, none of it runs.
When you simply read. Standard server logs, kept for security and diagnosis.
What is not done
Your address is never sold, rented, exchanged or handed to an advertising network. There is no advertising on this site, no tracking pixel in the newsletter beyond what is described above, and no third party embedded content that would load before you have chosen.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are kept while they are useful for the exchange and any correction that follows. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, after which only the record that you unsubscribed remains, so that you are not added back by mistake. Analytics data, if enabled, is kept for fourteen months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write through the contact form. Unsubscribing from the newsletter needs no request at all: every email carries a one click link, and it works without logging in.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change is dated at the top of this page, and the cookie banner is shown again where consent is affected.
